Saishin 新 translates to 'something new.' Kissaki joined forces with The Gansevoort Hotel to deliver just that - a new omakase experience on the rooftop.

Kissaki believes in honoring and sharing traditional Japanese cuisine with the world. They are rooted in Omakase sushi and Kaiseki tradition and base their dishes around mindful sourcing, seasonality, and quality. Their menus are designed to take diners on a culinary expedition through their senses.

Gansevoort Rooftop is unique within the Meatpacking district bars. Renovated in 2021 and now open! It’s an escape for hotel guests and downtown locals, located on Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC’s rooftop. Take in the 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River and enjoy innovative, refreshing cocktails paired with fresh light bites.
