The word ‘Omakase’ derives from the Japanese phrase, ‘omakase shimasu,’ which translates to, "I’ll leave it up to you,” entrusting the chef to guide you through your culinary experience.

At Saishin, guests can choose a 14- or 19-course Omakase tasting at the interactive chef’s counter, where each course is prepared in front of the guest with intention, precision, and fresh seasonal ingredients.

From Coconut Shrimp Bao to Lobster Udon, guests who prefer to curate their own experience can enjoy a seasonal, dynamic menu of á la carte otsumami, hot entrees, and sushi available to enjoy at dining tables.
